Annie is without a doubt one of the most genuine, honest and humorous bloggers out there. Her blog will have you snorting with laughter and profoundly identifying with her, often at the same time. Superb.

Brilliant Blog, my favourite one out there!

This blog is one of the nicest I've come across. Annie is an insightful, brutally honest and sparkling writer who really ought to be working in journalism. It'll appeal more to girls, I reckon, but as a bloke I give it the thumbs up.

I read this blog everyday. I find out what's happening in Iceland (more or less). Sometimes I cringe, sometimes I want to be a young person living in Reykjavik, but mostly I laugh.

Despite being both Welsh and ginger, Annie Rhiannon has overcome these and the many other obstacles life has put in her way, and against all the odds managed to produce an incisive and entertaining blog chronicling her new life in the remote wilderness of Iceland. I personally find her exploits utterly gripping and visit her blog at least once a month.

Good to see that human issues are universal - and even go on in Iceland! Very funny blog.

Fantastic blog, funny, well-written and true-to-life. It makes me want to visit Iceland while at the same time being even more proud of my native Wales. Annie has a wonderful style which makes you feel at once like you are her closest confidante, sharing her most private and intimate thoughts while being so professionally presented and written that her work is not bogged down with the emotional blubber that so often ruins over-sentimental "baring my soul" blogs. An intelligent and witty blog which can effortlessly glide between the age-old puzzles of the battle of the sexes and the infinitely more important topic of how to slice a worm in half!! When is it getting made into a book?
